At Pandere Shoes, we want you to find your perfect fit; if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the new label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
